The position offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Thu 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Fri 7:00 AM-3:30 PM) with no weekends or holidays. A BSN in progress or commitment to complete within three years is required, along with NJ RN licensure

Qualifications

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.
• Experience in a nursing role preferred.
• Current NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS HCP) within 60 days of entering position.

About This Role

What You'll Do

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to the patient's health or situation.
• Perform age and disease-specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients.
• Develop and coordinate a patient-centered plan of care.
• Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
• Provide ongoing communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Administer medications utilizing advanced bar-scanning technologies.
• Evaluate progress toward attainment of patient outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• BSN in progress and/or willing to acquire within three (3) years of hire.

Experience

• Experience in a nursing role preferred.
