Job summary

Inland Northwest Behavioral Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time role at our Spokane, WA campus. The position offers 12-hour shifts and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

You will participate in the nursing process, collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and provide comprehensive physical and psychological support to patients and families in a psychiatric inpatient setting.

Qualifications

• WA RN license (or eligible to obtain/renew).
• Preferred 1 year in psychiatric inpatient settings.
• CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care and Verbal De‑Escalation certifications provided during training.

Responsibilities

• Promote and restore patients' health by completing the nursing process with physicians and the care team.
• Provide physical and psychological support to patients and families.

Inland Northwest Behavioral Health opened in Fall 2018 to serve greater Spokane, Washington, with comprehensive treatment and support in a tranquil, thoughtfully designed setting.

Our Registered Nurses promote and restores patients' health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and families, and supervising assigned team members.

Inland Northwest BH: Is our main 100-bed, standalone psychiatric hospital, composed of four units providing specialized treatment for mental health and co‑occurring disorders for adults and adolescents.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) Job Requirements:

• Current license to practice nursing in Washington (or eligible to receive or renew).
• Preferred one year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
• Successful completion of CPR, First Aid, Handle with Care, and Verbal De‑Escalation Certifications, which are provided during Inland Northwest new hire training.
