Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight.

• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation.
