Job summary

Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our small, resident-centered team. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and support mobility and meals in a safe, homelike setting.

New grads welcome; Kentucky CNA certification required. We offer flexible scheduling (FT/PT/PRN) and a collaborative work environment with a leadership team that values growth and in-house advancement.

Qualifications

• Kentucky CNA certification required.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care that supports dignity and independence.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff.
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Support residents with meals and hydration.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Document care provided in accordance with facility policies.
