Job summary

Hardinsburg Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our close-knit team. This role offers flexible Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN schedules at a small facility that prioritizes residents' comfort and dignity.

Responsibilities include direct nursing care, medication administration, and collaboration with CNAs and RNs to maintain high-quality care and accurate documentation. Kentucky LPN license required; prior long-term care experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in Kentucky.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary team members.
