Job summary

Vitruvian Health in Georgia seeks a Registered Nurse (Mother/Baby) to deliver direct patient care using the nursing process. You will manage care for assigned patients and work to meet patient needs with a collaborative team.

Requires a Georgia RN license, NRP within 6 months, and BLS/CPR. Perinatal setting, flexible schedule including weekends/holidays, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• RN license in Georgia (State licensure required).
• NRP must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Performs all duties and maintains standards in accordance with all company policies and procedures.JOB QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.Licensure : Current RN License in the State of Georgia. NRP must be obtained within 6 months of hire. BLS/CPR required.Experience: None.Skills: Nursing skills as defined in the Law Governing the Practice of Nursing in Georgia. Competency consistent with core nursing skills. Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and other associates throughout the organization in order to provide excellent care and maintain effective working relationships.PHYSICAL, MENTAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND WORKING CONDITIONSWorks in a typical perinatal health care setting with neonates, adolescent and adult patients who may experience acutemedical and/or surgical problems. Required to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 50 pounds. Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range. Requires working under stressful conditions.
