Job summary

Saint Joseph Health System in Mishawaka, IN, is hiring a registered nurse for full-time day shift (12 hours). You will implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process while acting as a patient advocate in a safe environment.

The role requires graduation from an accredited RN program and Indiana RN license with CPR on hire or within 60 days. NICU experience of 6+ months is preferred; the position offers tuition reimbursement, benefits from day one, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License. CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• 6+ months Nursing Experience in the NICU is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, direct, communicate and document the nursing process according to current standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act.
• Act as a patient advocate to provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
