Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care in a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Assess, plan, and evaluate nursing activities; coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams; provide treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures; educate patients and families; evaluate treatment effectiveness; troubleshoot equipment; participate in evidence-based practice and quality improvement initiatives; promote safety and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills
