• Perform procedures and monitor patient responses as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and respond to adverse effects.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues proactively.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license and Bachelor’s Degree.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and compassionate care skills.
