The Baptist Health Neuro Spine unit is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients with neurological and spine conditions. You will work days in a 24-bed neuroscience unit, collaborating with Neuroscience Coordinators and participating in unit-based governance to improve outcomes.
You will hold an ADN, an active Kentucky RN license, and BCLS/ACLS certifications. This full-time role supports clinical excellence and teamwork within our growing health system.

About the Unit: The twenty-four-bed Neuroscience unit offers specialized nursing assessment and care to patients with both neurological and neurosurgical diagnoses. Typical patients include those with a diagnosis of stroke, post-op craniotomy, post-op discectomy and other back surgeries, as well as post-cerebral embolization. Unit nursing care is complemented by the expertise of two Neuroscience Coordinators. New Graduate Nurses are welcome.
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Neuro Spine to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients, in alignment with Kentucky Nursing Laws and our organizational policies. You will play a critical role in promoting positive patient outcomes, enhancing the quality of care, and contributing to a collaborative professional environment.
