Position: Registered Nurse, Neuro ICU, Full-time Nights, Lourdes Camden

Location: Lourdes Health System - 1600 Haddon Ave

Employment Type: Employee, Regular, Full time, Night Shift - 12 Hr, 36 hours/week

Note: Cannot take New Grads at this time. New hires are eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 with a minimum of 1 year of ICU experience and a 2-year commitment.

About the Unit:

The Neuro Critical Care Unit is an 18-bed ICU focused on critically ill neurologic and neurosurgical patients, including stroke, hemorrhages, aneurysms, tumors, spine surgeries, infections, neuromuscular disorders, and seizure management.

Job Summary:

The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, including delegating care to team members and participating in clinical decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions.
• Educate patients and families about care and safety.
• Delegate and supervise care provided by team members.
• Participate in orientation, training, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain professional competencies.
