Job summary

CentraCare Health's St. Cloud Hospital NICU is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Level III NICU team. The unit delivers advanced, family-centered care for the smallest and most vulnerable infants with on-site lactation support and high-tech care.

Full-time schedule; 60–72 hours every two weeks with day/night 12-hour shifts onsite. Eligible candidates receive a $3,500 hiring bonus and a $5,000 relocation assistance, plus medical, dental, PTO, retirement and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program and MN RN license required.
• BSN required within three years.
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required.
• NICU level III skill required.

The St. Cloud Hospital’s Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit provides quality care to our tiniest and sickest of infants from age of viability and above. Our 36-bed state of the art NICU provides a combination single and pod style rooms, which allows for parents to stay with their infant 24/7, dedicated lactation support, Family Support Program, Respite room for parents, and air & ground transport, all while providing high tech care with heart.

Schedule

• Full-time | 60-72 hours every two weeks | Onsite
• Day/night rotation | 12-hour shifts | 7am-7:30pm/7pm-7:30am
• Every other weekend (Fri-Sun) | rotating holidays

Pay and Benefits

• Pay based on experience and degree
  • Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $42.86 per hour
  • Bachelor's in nursing starting at $44.34 per hour
  • Master's in nursing starting at $45.82 per hour
  • Pay range: $42.86 - $71.51 per hour
• Earn extra pay for working evening/night/weekend shifts
• $3,500 hiring bonus and $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates!

$3,500 Hiring Bonus Eligibility: To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare/Carris employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.

$5,000 Relocation Assistance Eligibility: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from St. Cloud Hospital and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
