Experience: Level IV / Surgical NICU experience required

Patient Population/Diagnoses: CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-op cases

Facility: Nicotine-free

Screening: Nicotine testing required along with drug screen; no exceptions

Flu Vaccine: Required with no exceptions; religious/medical declinations not accepted
