Qualified candidates hold an active RN license in the state of employment or a compact license and a current BLS certification. The position emphasizes independent and collaborative clinical work, patient‑centered care, and ongoing education support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
