Job summary

Quality Talent Group is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple specialties within a nonprofit health system serving a broad community. Both full‑time and part‑time roles are available, with Day/Night shifts and opportunities across various units to meet patient needs.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in the applicable state, a current BLS certification, and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative care team to achieve positive patient

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification required for clinical competency.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
