The organization, with a community of about 50,000 associates and more than 15,000 physicians, seeks compassionate RNs for Day/Night shifts in full- and part-time roles.

Qualifications

• RN license active in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification is required.
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with focus on long-term patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol with attention to effectiveness and adverse effects.
• Address psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes
