Quality Talent Group is representing a non-profit health system with 600+ centers and 50,000 Associates, seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) for day and night shifts across multiple specialties in New Mexico. The role emphasizes compassionate care and collaboration within a mission-driven organization.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, BLS certification, and can work independently or as part of a clinical team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long-term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team-based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
