Quality Talent Group is seeking registered nurses (RNs) to join a nonprofit health system with 600 centers across multiple states. The position offers both full-time and part-time options across multiple specialties and day/night shifts.

You’ll provide comprehensive nursing care and work within a collaborative team to achieve patient outcomes. Applicants must hold an active RN license in the employment state or a compact license, and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
