Quality Talent Group is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for a nonprofit health system with 600+ centers across multiple states. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules, day and night shifts, and a chance to impact patient care through diverse specialties.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license in state or compact license, BLS certification, and can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes.
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects.
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources.
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care.
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered.
