Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for multiple specialties within a nonprofit health system serving thousands of patients. The roles offer Full Time and Part Time options with flexible Day and Night shifts to fit diverse schedules.

Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing care, documentation, education, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes. Active RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment or compact license.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
