Quality Talent Group is assisting a nonprofit health system recruit Registered Nurses (RNs) across multiple specialties in Texas. The roles offer day and night shifts, with both full‑time and part‑time options, and provide a comprehensive benefits package along with ongoing education support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Manage routine and complex care with a focus on long‑term goals for patient outcomes
• Monitor and administer medications and treatments per protocol, observing for effectiveness and side effects
• Address complex psychological, emotional, and social needs of patients and their families
• Educate patients and caregivers based on assessed learning needs and available resources
• Make appropriate assignments and delegate tasks to support effective team‑based care
• Accurately document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care delivered
