SoftPath Medical in the United States (New York region) seeks an experienced RN for night shift (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) with every-other-weekend coverage. Must have at least 2 years of nursing experience, plus Epic system proficiency and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Local candidates beyond 50 miles and traveling applicants are not eligible. Staffing ratios include 1 nurse per 6 patients during the day, 1 per 7 at night, and 1 per 8 on weekends.

Shift hours: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Weekend coverage: Every other weekend

Experience and Eligibility Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Local candidates must live more than 50 miles away
• Candidates traveling for the first time are not eligible

System Experience

Experience with the Epic system is mandatory

Staffing Ratios

• Day shift: 1 nurse per 6 patients
• Night shift: 1 nurse per 7 patients
• Weekend shift: 1 nurse per 8 patients

Common Patient Diagnoses

COPD, pneumonia, non-specific abdominal pain, cellulitis, chest pain rule out

• Oxygen administration and handling of oxygen tanks
