Weekend requirement: Yes - 3 weekends per 4-week schedule

Certifications required:

• State license required by start date
• BLS
• ACLS

On-call requirement: No

Will float within scope to meet facility needs: Yes, will float to all adult acute care units MS and SD

Open to accommodating block schedule: To be determined

Locals accepted: Yes – no local radius rule

Pending license accepted: Yes – must be active by start date

RTO restrictions: RTO needs to be submitted at profile

Guaranteed hours:

• 36 hours for 3,12-hour shifts
• 48 hours for 4,12-hour shifts
• 40 hours for shifts under 12 hours (8 or 10-hour shifts)

Special requirements:

• EPIC charting experience required
• Must have travel experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required
• Must work 3 weekends per 4-week schedule
• Experience working with 1:4-6 patient ratios
• Modules are not billable; please allocate 5 hours for them
