Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for night shifts in Elmhurst, IL. Work 24 hours weekly from 7 pm to 7:30 am with rotating weekends and holidays, under RN supervision to provide direct patient care and safety.

Responsibilities include delivering evidence-based nursing care, following procedures, and ensuring comfort and safety for patients. Requires Illinois RN license, CPR, ACLS, C-EFM, NRP within specified timelines, and nursing degree progression if applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing; if Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date.
• Current State of Illinois RN licensure
• Current CPR (AHA/Red Cross)
• ACLS certification within six months of start date
• C-EFM within one year of start date
• NRP certification within six months of start date
• 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Elmhurst, IL

• Part Time: 24 hours/ week

• Hours: Nights 7 pm to 7:30 am, rotating weekends and rotating holidays

What you will do:

• Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patient.

What you will need:

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing ; If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)

• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

• Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position

• Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position

• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position

• 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred
