Job summary

Endeavor Health in Naperville, IL is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to support patient care during night shifts. This full-time role covers 36 hours per week, with hours from 7 pm to 7:30 am and rotating weekends/holidays.

Under supervision of a RN and according to procedures, you will perform patient care tasks to ensure comfort and safety. Requires IL RN licensure, CPR, ACLS within 6 months, NRP within 6 months, C-EFM within 1 year, and 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing; if ADN is the highest degree, must graduate with a BSN within five years.
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• ACLS within six months of start date.
• C-EFM within one year of start date.
• NRP certification within six months of start date.
• 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care tasks and procedures under supervision to provide care, comfort and safety.
• Works under guidance of a Registered Nurse to carry out established procedures.

Job description

Hourly Pay Range:$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

What you will do

Under supervision of a Registered Nurse and according to established procedures, performs patient care tasks and patient care procedures necessary to provide for care, comfort and safety of patient.

What you will need

• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing ; If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)
• Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
• Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position
• Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position
• 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred
