Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and diagnose using the nursing process, including database compilation and reassessment.
• Plan, update, and coordinate a written nursing care plan for patients and families.
• Perform clinical nursing skills, administer medications and IV therapy, and respond to emergencies.
• Coordinate daily patient care, delegation, and inter-disciplinary communication.
• Teach patients and families, participate in discharge planning and quality improvement.
