Qualifications

• Current New York State RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead medication management compliance across programs.
• Update policies, procedures, and manuals to reflect current regulations.
• Provide training for new hires and ongoing in-services for staff.
• Engage in regulatory trainings to ensure an effective medication management program.
• Review medication sheets to ensure programs are maintaining accurate medical records.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and OMH/OASAS regulatory standards for medication management.
• Participate in quality improvement activities including training committees and incident reviews.
