Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medication Administration Department. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely administration of medications while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards. You will collaborate closely with physicians, pharmacists, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $41.39/hr - $51.80/hr - $55.94/hr. Final compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate's applicable experience, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Verify medication orders, dosages, and patient information to prevent errors
• Monitor patients for therapeutic responses and adverse reactionsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR)
• Educate patients and families on medications, side effects, and adherence
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives related to medication safety

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
