As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental standards and state regulations. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you'll provide personalized, compassionate care following established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' You will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure excellent patient experiences and positive clinical outcomes.
What you will do in this role:
St. David’s North Austin Medical Center is a multi-specialty hospital in Texas with over 360 beds. It houses St. David’s Children’s Hospital, St. David’s Women’s Center of Texas with a Level III NICU, a Kidney Transplant Center, and the Texas Institute for Robotic Surgery. Additional services include 24-hour emergency care, heart and vascular care, neurology, neurosurgery, rehabilitation, and inpatient/outpatient surgery.
