Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental standards and state regulations. Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, you'll provide personalized, compassionate care following established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.' You will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure excellent patient experiences and positive clinical outcomes.

What you will do in this role:

  • Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, promptly reporting any changes.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered, ensuring thorough documentation in the medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and respond to adverse reactions.
  • Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, side effects, and follow-up care, translating complex medical terminology into understandable language.
Qualifications needed:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Registered Nurse license.
  • Associate, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree, or RN Diploma.
