Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with departmental standards and state regulations. You will collaborate with medical providers and care teams to provide personalized, compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage." You will advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization’s vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

What you will do in this role:

  • Assess patients' conditions during admission and each shift, promptly reporting any changes.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by providers, ensuring thorough documentation.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and take appropriate actions for adverse reactions.
  • Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up care, translating complex medical terminology for understanding.
What qualifications you will need:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Registered Nurse licensure.
  • Degrees: Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or RN Diploma.
