Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state; BLS certification required.
• At least one year of acute care nursing experience; medical-surgical experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across physical, psychosocial, and personal factors.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Act as a patient advocate, educate patients, and ensure timely delivery of treatments.
