Job description

This role is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in medical-surgical care, responsible for delivering patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability.

Key duties include evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high standards aligned with organizational values.

Ideal candidates should have an accredited nursing education (Associate, Diploma, or BSN), a valid RN license in Missouri or a compact license, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Physical requirements involve lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and mobility to perform nursing duties.
