Job summary

Jobot is seeking an inpatient RN to care for medically complex patients in the Raleigh-Durham area. You will provide traditional acute-care nursing with stepdown-level monitoring and interventions, and collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

You will manage patients with sepsis, pneumonia, diabetes, GI issues and cardiac drips, and support post-catheterization and dialysis patients. A meaningful impact on patient outcomes is expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina or Compact RN license.
• Inpatient hospital RN experience required.
• Med-Surg, Telemetry, Progressive Care or Stepdown experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with sepsis, pneumonia, diabetes, sickle cell disease and complex GI conditions.
• Manage patients requiring stepdown-level monitoring and higher-acuity nursing care.
• Care for patients receiving cardiac drips.
• Manage patients recovering after cardiac catheterization procedures.
• Care for patients requiring peritoneal dialysis.
• Assess changes in condition and collaborate closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

Salary

Salary: $91,245 - $128,413 per year
