Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide highly professional and technical care within a fast-paced environment. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care across the nursing process from assessment to evaluation.

You're expected to guide and supervise other staff, follow hospital policies, and ensure age-appropriate care. A Texas nursing license and NICU experience or nurse residency completion are required.

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas.
• Knowledgeable about hospital policies and procedures.

• Registered Nurse (RN) renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients. Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Directs and supervises other assigned team members and collaborates with multidisciplinary team members to provide age/developmentally appropriate care in accordance with unit standards of care.
• Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Current license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas
• Related Work Experience and Other Skills:
• Knowledgeable about hospital policies, procedures, and nursing care standards and utilizes these when providing nursing care.
• Work experience: Minimum 12 months NICU RN experience or completion of Nurse Residency Program
