Qualificações

• Current RN license in North Dakota or a compact license.
• BLS certification required or obtained within orientation period.
• Hospital nursing experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform ongoing assessments and monitor vital signs and responses to treatment.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments per orders.
• Coordinate individualized care plans with interdisciplinary partners and educate patients.
• Document assessments, interventions, and communications in the EHR.
• Support safe delegation to LPNs, CNAs, and other staff while maintaining accountability.
• Participate in unit quality and safety initiatives to improve patient outcomes.
