Saint Luke's North Hospital in Kansas City, MO is seeking a new graduate Registered Nurse to join the Medical Intermediate Unit. This full-time role (36 hours, daytime) offers opportunities for growth and involvement with a supportive leadership team and night respiratory therapy presence with incentives for extra shifts.

The RN will utilize the nursing process, perform patient care, delegate tasks, and coordinate care within a dynamic hospital environment under policy guidelines.

Competenze

• Less than 1 year of applicable nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse (MO) license via NURSYS.
• Associate Degree in Nursing completed.

Saint Luke's North Hospita l is looking for a New graduate Registered Nurse to join the dynamic Medical Intermediate Unit .

Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Intermediate Unit

Schedule: Full Time, 36 hours, Days

Supportive leadership team, with Nursing Assistants to assist

Intensivists and NP’s work alongside RNs during shifts, Respiratory Therapy available at night

Extra incentives available for picking up additional shifts

In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.
