Job summary

Saint Luke’s Health System in the Kansas City area seeks an experienced Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care on both day and night shifts across Plaza, Lee's Summit, Overland Park and North locations. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, apply nursing judgment, and use your clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes.

The role includes leadership opportunities and collaboration within the unit.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional RN experience
• BLS certification
• RN required

• Coordinates the care for a group of patients with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks appropriately.
• Identifies hospital resources.
• Serves as a clinical resource for new employees.
• Demonstrates positive formal or informal leadership within unit or department.
