Job summary

Proforma Health Inc. in Naperville, IL is seeking an RN for the Medical ICU to provide professional care and support in a fast-paced unit.

You will assess patients, document observations, and collaborate with the care team to meet unit goals while adapting to shift-specific duties and requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of RN critical care experience.
• Associate Degree or higher in Nursing (Bachelor’s Degree required within five years if only an Associate Degree).
• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• CPR certification (American Heart Association BLS).
• ACLS certification within six months of employment.
