Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for its Medical Group to support direct patient care and clinic operations.

You will perform phone triage, manage test results and refills, document in Epic, and collaborate with physicians and care teams. A current IL license, ASN or BSN, BLS/CPR, and 1 year of nursing experience are required. This is a full-time role with standard hours and occasional travel to other sites.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in IL required.
• ASN minimum education; BSN strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required.
• 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care under supervision of Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education.

Hourly Pay Range:

$35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care patient education/teaching
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record

What you will need:

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: Graduate of State-approved school of nursing; ASN minimum; BSN strongly preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association required
• Experience: 1 year of nursing experience in an office or hospital setting required
