Job summary

Endeavor Health in Evanston, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for Medical Group to provide nursing care in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. The role involves triage, patient education, and coordinating care with physicians, with occasional travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the Practice Manager and Physicians.
• Phone triage, test results, medication refills, prior authorizations, conveying plans of care and patient education/teaching.
• Review and respond to NorthShore Connect messages from patients.
• Chart in Epic, our electronic medical record.

Hourly Pay Range:

$35.15 - $54.48 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

• Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
• Location: Evanston Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: Full Time (40 hours per week)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
• Required Travel: This role includes some travel to other locations and requires flexible hours to meet operational needs

What you will do:

• Provide nursing care services under the direction of the office Practice Manager and Physicians

What you will need:
