Mercy Rogers is seeking adaptable, highly skilled nurses to join our Medical Float Pool. Our float nurses support patient care across Medical-Surgical, Medical-Telemetry, Orthopedics, Cardiac, and Cardiac Neuro, gaining exposure to diverse specialties.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with experienced nurses and providers, with opportunities for growth and career advancement and a focus on patient safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in Arkansas or compact state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care across Medical-Surgical, Medical Telemetry, Orthopedics, Cardiac, and Cardiac Neuro.
• Assist in ensuring patient flow, staffing stability, and quality outcomes.
• Participate in orientation and expansion opportunities within the hospital.

Qualifications

Required Education:

Completion of an accredited nursing program

Licensure:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas or compact state

Certifications:

Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association

Preferred:

1 year med/surg experience
