Job summary

Saint Clare's Health in New Jersey is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe patient care in the Med/Surg/Telemetry units. The RN will lead patient education, coordinate with the healthcare team, and adapt quickly to changes in patient condition.

The role requires an active NJ RN license, BLS certification at hire, and ACLS within 30 days. Previous acute care experience and ventilator management are preferred, with a full-time day shift and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current and valid RN license in the state of New Jersey.
• BLS certification required at hire and maintained.
• ACLS certification required within 30 days of hire and maintained (preferred).
• Experience in acute care hospital settings preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice.
• Direct and guide patient/family teaching and activities of other nursing personnel.
• Communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition and test results.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition and treatment response.
