Job summary

SoftPath Medical in Canton, Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse for Med/Surg Telemetry night shifts (7:00pm–7:30am, three 12-hour shifts weekly). This role requires recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience and Ohio or compact-state licensure.

Candidates will undergo orientation with an ECG rhythm recognition test and SafeMedicate assessment; pass both to begin. Required certifications include BLS and ACLS through AHA, and Epic EHR proficiency; NIH certification must be obtained before starting.

Qualifications

• At least 18 months of recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry.
• Minimum of 18 months combined permanent experience in the specialty applied for is required.
• Must hold a permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license at the time of application.
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications are required; NIH certification must be obtained before starting.
• Experience with the Epic electronic health records system is required.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applied for must be provided.
