Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg Post Surgical Unit at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, FL. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the care team, and ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for observation patients.

Position details include full-time, night shift 3 (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM), weekends every other weekend, and no on-call.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 6 months RN acute care experience.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required.
