Job summary

BayCare Health System is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Med/Surg Post Surgical Unit at South Florida Baptist Hospital in Plant City, FL. The RN provides direct patient care and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes for observation patients.

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS, and a minimum of 6 months acute care experience. The role offers night shifts (Shift 3) with weekend rotation and BayCare benefits

Position Summary
