Job summary

The Staff Pad in Blue Ridge, GA is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses for Surgical and Med-Surg/Swing Bed units. This night-shift, part-time and PRN opportunity offers varied RN roles and a supportive team culture.

As an RN you will plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care, collaborate with physicians, and ensure safe, high-quality treatment. Swing Bed duties and unit support are included, with opportunities to mentor staff and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia.
• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ASN or BSN).
• Current CPR certification; ACLS and PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality patient care and assess patient needs.
• Monitor conditions and respond to changes.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate critical updates.
• Develop, implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Promote a safe and organized care environment.
• Support and mentor nursing staff as needed including LPNs, CNAs, and new nursing staff.
• Maintain licensure, professional standards and required certifications.
• Swing Bed-specific duties: support recovery, rehab and functional improvement; coordinate with therapy; assist mobility and ADLs; monitor progress toward goals; support discharge planning; educate patients and families.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Graduateof an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ASN, or BSN)
  
• ActiveRegistered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia
  
• CurrentCPR certification; ACLS and PALS preferred
  
• Atleast 1 year of acute care experience preferred
