Qualifications

• One year of RN experience required; new grads considered.
• ACLS/BLS certifications may be preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop discharge or continuing care plans.
• Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments and nursing care plans.
• Administer medications safely per state regulations and policies.
• Serve as patient safety advocate and coordinate care across departments.
• Support spiritual care, palliative care and ethics as part of patient-centered care.
