Job summary

Methodist Health System seeks a Registered Nurse to provide professional nursing care using the nursing process for assigned patients. You will support the mission and deliver direct and indirect patient care, upholding the standards of care across the unit.

Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree from an accredited program, Texas RN licensure, and a current BLS certification, with at least 12 months of RN experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Texas RN license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with eligible or active Texas licensure.

Your Job:

• Registered nurse renders highly professional and technical nursing care to assigned patients.
• Provides direct and indirect patient care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation).
• Supports the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of Methodist Health System.

Your Job Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Basic Life Support Certification
• Current license to practice nursing in Texas or eligibility to do so
• Work experience: 12 months of RN experience

Your Job Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to ensure quality patient care is provided throughout the episode of care.
