Job summary

ALLIANCE STAFFING SOLUTIONS LLC is actively seeking experienced Med/Surg Registered Nurses for PRN acute-care opportunities in Littleton, Colorado. Candidates must have at least 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience within the last 5 years and be comfortable delivering high-quality care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Pay rate ranges from $55–$60 per hour, with a flexible PRN schedule and competitive compensation. Residential Littleton location and hospital-based assignments available.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN license or valid multistate/compact license.
• Minimum 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience within the last 5 years.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS as required by the facility.
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple patients and PRN shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to acute Med/Surg patients.
• Conduct patient assessments and monitor changes in condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Accurately document patient care and clinical information.
• Provide patient and family education.
• Follow facility policies, infection-control procedures, and patient-safety standards.
