Boston Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical-Surgical 4 West unit (M4W). The RN will provide patient-centered care on a 46-bed surgical unit covering colorectal, oncology, gynecology, trauma, and other specialties.

Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Medical Surgical, Post-Op Surgical (M4W)
Schedule: 24 hours, Nights, E/O Weekend
4 West 46-bed surgical unit provides general post-operative care for colorectal, surgical oncology, gynecology, trauma and acute care surgery (TACS) patients, bariatric surgery, urology, plastics, transgender, transplant, and vascular surgery patients. The nursing staff on this unit are committed to professional growth through certifications and an active unit based practice council that is focused on improving the environment for both the patients and the staff.
As an RN in the Medical Surgical, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional care. Using our patient-centered care model you will be uplifted by a supportive nursing organization, and will be able to deliver the excellent care to your patients that they deserve.
NursingMS Compensation Range: $38.05- $75.33
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, and licensure/certifications directly related to position requirements.
